My Review of Bernardi Toyota Scion:
These guys are great! I got the car i wanted on the spot, right color and everything.
Steve and josh made it easy for me to drive home the same day. I still don't know how they did that. The price was right too. I had gone to another dealer first but Bernardi gave me more for my broken down 94 camry. I'd recomend these guys to anyone.

The most wonderful car buying experience I ever had.my wife and I felt like we were special. no high pressure sales. every question we asked was answered truthfully. even staff who were not directly involved in our car buying experience were so accomidating.we bought our car on Christmas Eve Day.the deal was fantastic.a great Christmas present for us

My Review of Bernardi Toyota Scion:
I leased a 4Runner about 1 year ago and because of the excellant service Ive received from Bernadi, I told a freind about it and he went to the dealership to purchase a Camry. We met and worked with Ammar. So glad we did. He was right upfront with the pricing, we told him where we needed to be payment wise and he was able to get us this price without all the usual hassales you get with most car dealerships.
I am a straight shooter, upfront, honest kinda person and thats the way I wanted the sales person to be with me. Well Ammar was just that. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a Toyota to visit Bernadi and specifically ask for Ammar. It's very dificult to find an honest car salesperson, but with Ammar that's exactly what you will get, Honest, Sincerity, and highly professional!

Ammar was friendly and informative. We had to make a choice between the corolla and a ford Fusion we test drove earlier. Ammar ask us to test drive a similar car, a Camry. The Camry was more stylish than the fusion. We fell in love with it and drove it home the same day.

Bob is so great.. This is my second car from Bernardi.. I bought a brand new car 21 months before but got into a car accident so I had to get another one. I called Bob right away and he was go helpful and friendly. He really went out of his way to help me with getting the right car. I am young (28) and I know that he has a daughter my age so I would ask him to put on his DAD pants and give me advice. He was really great. He helped me pick out the right car once again. I would totally come back to Bob again if I needed another car. Lets just hope not too soon!!! I love him but if I see him that means something bad happened! I even named the new car after him, Bob! Bob the awesome car saleman and Bob, the 2009 Toyota Matrix!!!

My Review of Bernardi Toyota Scion:
I bought the toyota 2010 highlander because of its safety, and perfromance ratings. Before I walked into the dealership I wasn't sure I could afford it. Ammar not only convinced me to lease a new 2010 rather than buy a used 2008 but he made it affordable for me as well. I am in sales myself and I appreciated that he recognized I was not interested in BS. I wanted the facts and the numbers and I told him where I needed to be. If it made sense for both parties we would move forward. We explored many options and came to an agreement. The next time I am in the market for a car I will go to Ammar.

Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed during the sales process. When I went to pick up my new car the whole purchase was reviewed, we went through the car so I felt comfortable driving home, and he showed me where to go when I take my car in for service work. It was nice to see and have a dealership so open with their customers.

I can't say enough about Bernardi Toyota of Framingham!
After a bad experience with a Toyota Dealer much closer to home, a friend mentioned the GREAT experience he had at Bernardi Toyota. I was really just about ready to give up with Toyota, but decided to check Bernardi out, and give Toyota one last chance.From my first step through the front door at Bernardi, I was simply taken away from everybodys courtesy and attention.And this is even before they even knew why I was there. For all they knew, I could have been there to ask for directions! From Sales, to Financing the service was EXCELLENT! From first stepping in , to picking up my new vehicle the day after, I had only positive things to say about everyone there. There is nothing negative to say about Bernardi Toyota. They really really really made me feel like part of the TOYOTA family, and proud of it! THANK YOU BERNARDI!
